SHAPE. SURFACE. YOUR CHOICE.

3D model quality,
explained.

Geometry defines the shape. Textures define the surface. Choose the settings that fit what you want to make.

Geometry only

4 creditsImage / Multi-view · 2 credits for Text

  • No generated texture
  • Standard geometry

For checking the shape or adding your own materials later.

Generates the mesh without texture or PBR materials. The neutral surface here represents an untextured model, not a separate white-material preset.

Standard · textured

6 creditsImage / Multi-view · 4 credits for Text

  • Standard texture + PBR
  • Standard geometry

For a first textured draft and everyday concept exploration.

Adds color and material information to standard geometry. A useful starting point before deciding whether your project needs a texture or geometry upgrade.

HD texture

8 creditsImage / Multi-view · 6 credits for Text

  • Detailed texture + PBR
  • Standard geometry

For projects where surface patterns and close-up materials matter.

Requests higher-resolution textures while keeping the standard geometry setting. This changes surface detail settings; it does not request more detailed geometry.

HD texture + detailed geometry

12 creditsImage / Multi-view · 10 credits for Text

  • Detailed texture + PBR
  • Detailed geometry

For exploring both texture detail and more complex object shapes.

Requests detailed textures and detailed geometry together. Results still depend on your input; this setting does not guarantee accurate hidden surfaces, clean topology, or a production-ready asset.

These illustrations explain texture and geometry settings. They are not EasyTo3D or Tripo generation results, and do not predict the improvement you will get. A verified, same-input comparison of generated outputs is not available yet.

01 · SHAPE

What is geometry?

Geometry is the three-dimensional mesh: the outline, curves, thickness, and physical form of an object. You can inspect it from different angles.

Detailed geometry requests a higher geometry quality setting. It does not guarantee a particular polygon count or repair missing information in your reference.

02 · SURFACE

What are textures?

Textures supply surface information such as colors and patterns. PBR materials describe how surfaces respond to lighting.

HD texture requests higher-resolution textures. A sharper surface pattern does not by itself add detail to the underlying mesh.

Choose for your next step

Exploring an idea?

Start with Standard to evaluate both shape and appearance. Check the result before spending credits on an upgrade.

Adding your own materials?

Choose Geometry only when you plan to texture or shade the model yourself. It uses the fewest credits.

Looking at the model up close?

Try HD texture for surface patterns. Choose HD texture + detailed geometry when the form itself also needs more detail.

Should you change the photo or the quality setting?

Inspect the HD mecha model or the Standard penguin model alongside its input. These examples use different illustrations.

Rotate your first model until you can see its silhouette. If a chair leg is missing, check whether the leg is visible in the reference. Try a wider frame or supply a second view. HD texture changes surface detail and uses the same geometry setting as Standard.

If the shape looks right but the fabric pattern looks blurry, zoom in on the original photo. When the weave is visible there, try HD texture and compare the same area on both models at the same zoom.

How many credits does each quality use?

These amounts come from the same pricing catalog as Studio. Its quality options and Generate button show the cost before you submit.

Changing a setting costs nothing. A new generation reserves the displayed credits; they are charged on success and returned on a confirmed failure. Paid access is not open yet.

Questions about 3D model quality

Does HD texture also improve geometry?

No. HD texture keeps the standard geometry setting. Select HD texture + detailed geometry to request both upgrades.

Will the highest quality always produce the best result?

No. Clear input, visible object boundaries, and useful views still matter. Higher settings cannot guarantee a faithful reconstruction, and may produce a result that still needs editing.

Can I upgrade a model I already generated?

The current Studio starts a new generation when you choose a different quality and click Generate. It costs the displayed credits again; an in-place upgrade tool is not available.

Is Geometry only ready for 3D printing?

An untextured mesh is not automatically printable. Check scale, wall thickness, watertightness, and geometry in your modeling or slicing software before printing.

Are the illustrations actual generation comparisons?

No. They are explanatory drawings. We have not published a verified comparison using the same input across all four qualities. Existing homepage sample models demonstrate the viewer and are not evidence of generated quality.
